Association Management
We are governed as a Homeowner Association, employ a professional Community Association Manager, and adhere to our documents and Florida Statutes Section 720.

Board of Directors
The Association is served by five elected Directors, all who serve without compensation. As needed, committees of owners are formed to address specific opportunities and issues. The Directors for 2024 are Sandy Sullenberger (President), Thomas Saunders (Vice President), Kim Lyons (Treasurer), Karen Kober (Secretary), and Don Murray (Asst Treasurer). Owners are encouraged to volunteer with their expertise by attending Board meetings, serving on committees, and by seeking a Board position via the annual election process.
The Board of Directors are elected by the homeowners, holds meeting nine months out of the year, and holds the Annual Meeting in February. You can attend any meeting in person or via teleconferencing. Notices of the meeting are provided in advance and Minutes are distributed afterward.
Estoppel Certificates
An estoppel is a formal document governed by the State where the Association provides information to the Sales Closing Agent regarding the regulations and financial requirements of the Association. As a homeowner, you should ensure that the closing agent is following the process and included the estoppel information in the closing. Agents should forward their Estoppel Form to the management company at "info@LongboatPS.com".
